Wuhan Enzhi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") is the operator of LinkEasy (the "App"). We understand the importance of your personal information and will process your personal information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, good faith, openness and transparency.

Please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy before using the App. Please pay particular attention to terms that may have a material impact on your rights and interests, including sensitive personal information, third-party SDKs, permission requests, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information, your rights, and protection of minors.

If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may stop using the App. For personal information or system permissions that are not necessary for basic functions, you may refuse authorization. Refusing such authorization will only affect the corresponding function and will not affect your use of other basic functions.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect and use personal information within the minimum scope necessary for the specific functions you use. We will not refuse to provide basic business functions merely because you refuse to provide non-essential personal information or refuse to enable non-essential permissions.

1.1 Registration, login and account management: To create and manage accounts, complete identity verification, protect account security and process account cancellation, we may collect and use your account identifier, mobile phone number, verification code, nickname, profile photo, login status and account cancellation records. Processing methods include collection, storage, use and deletion.

1.2 Device adding, network configuration, binding and management: To discover, add, bind, control and manage smart devices, and to complete LAN or Bluetooth network configuration, we may collect and use mobile device information, network status, WLAN information, Bluetooth information, location information, smart device model, device identifier, device status, available device functions and binding relationship. Processing methods include collection, use, transmission and storage.

1.3 Device physical address location: To help you identify and manage the location of your device, when you authorize location permission and use device address-related functions, we will obtain the current geographic coordinates of your mobile phone through the Amap SDK and convert the latitude and longitude into structured address information. This is used to record or display the physical address where the device is installed, bound or used. We may collect and use latitude and longitude, location results, address information corresponding to the coordinates, device information and network information. Processing methods include collection, use, transmission, storage and deletion.

The above device physical address information is used only for device location identification and management, and will not be used for profiling, marketing or any other purpose unrelated to device physical address location.

1.4 Live preview, playback, voice intercom and alarm linkage: To provide video preview, video playback, voice intercom, alarm notifications and custom alarm linkage voice functions, we may collect and use device audio/video streams, voice data, alarm events, device operating status and operation records. Processing methods include collection, use, transmission, storage or deletion.

1.5 Images, videos and profile photo settings: To scan QR codes for device adding, set profile photos, and save screenshots or videos, we may read or write camera content, album or file content, screenshots, video files and profile photos. Processing methods include reading, writing, uploading and deletion.

1.6 Message push: To send you device alarms, system notifications, service reminders and improve delivery through different vendor channels, we may collect and use device identifiers, push identifiers, App version, system version, network status and approximate location information. Processing methods include collection, use and transmission.

1.7 App updates and installation package downloads: To provide in-app updates, version compatibility checks and troubleshooting of upgrade exceptions, we may collect and use App version, device model, system version, download records and installation package access records. Processing methods include collection, use and storage.

1.8 Operation diagnosis, crash and error reporting: To locate faults, fix issues and maintain stable service operation, we may collect and use device model, operating system version, App version, network status, error logs, crash logs, device identifiers and running process information. Processing methods include collection, use, analysis and storage.

1.9 Statistical analysis: To analyze App usage, improve product experience, conduct anti-fraud and security analysis, we may collect and use device information, App version, distribution channel, access time, function usage records, network status and approximate regional information. Processing methods include collection, de-identification, analysis and storage.

1.10 Customer service and feedback: To contact you and handle inquiries, complaints, fault reports or disputes, we may collect and use contact information, feedback content, screenshots, logs, device information and other information you voluntarily provide. Processing methods include collection, use, storage and deletion.

Notice on sensitive personal information: Location information, audio/video content, movement tracks, personal information of minors under the age of 14, and other sensitive personal information defined by laws and regulations may, if leaked or illegally used, harm your dignity or endanger your personal or property safety. We process such information only where there is a specific purpose and sufficient necessity, and will obtain your separate consent where required by laws and regulations.

2. System Permissions We Request

You may manage or withdraw authorized permissions in your device system settings. After authorization is withdrawn, we will no longer collect relevant information based on that permission, but we may be unable to continue providing the corresponding function.

BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN	Discover and connect nearby Bluetooth devices	Used for Bluetooth network configuration, device adding and device connection. You may disable it, but doing so will prevent use of Bluetooth network configuration or Bluetooth connection functions.
RECORD_AUDIO	Collect audio	Used for voice intercom, custom alarm linkage voice and voice feedback. You may disable it, but doing so will prevent use of recording or voice intercom functions.
CAMERA	Access the camera	Used for scanning QR codes to add devices, taking profile photos or feedback images. You may disable it, but doing so will prevent use of QR code scanning or photo capture functions.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO	Read or save images, videos and files	Used for profile photo upload, screenshot saving, video saving and feedback attachments. You may disable it, but doing so will prevent use of album selection or local saving functions.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Send system notifications	Used for device alarms, service reminders and system message push. You may disable it, but doing so may prevent timely receipt of notifications.
REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES	Install App update packages	Used for in-app download and upgrade. You may disable it, but doing so will prevent in-app installation and upgrade.

3. Third-Party SDKs and Third-Party Services

To implement certain functions, we may integrate third-party SDKs or services. Third-party SDKs may directly collect your personal information, or we may provide necessary information to third parties for the purpose of implementing relevant functions. We will prudently evaluate third-party SDKs and require them to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

The actual SDKs integrated in the released version shall prevail. If an SDK is not enabled on your device, operating system or function scenario, the corresponding information will not be collected through that SDK.

Purpose: When you authorize location permission and use device address-related functions, the SDK obtains the current geographic coordinates of your mobile phone and converts latitude and longitude into structured address information through geocoding/reverse geocoding services, for the purpose of locating, recording or displaying the physical address of a device. Such information is used only for device location identification and management, and will not be used for profiling, marketing or other unrelated purposes.

Information That May Be Collected: Latitude and longitude, location results, address information corresponding to the coordinates, device brand and model, operating system, App name, App version, network type, network and WiFi status, IP address and sensor information. The specific fields are subject to the Amap Open Platform Privacy Policy and the capabilities actually enabled.

Purpose: Provide audio and video capabilities for preview, playback, voice intercom and other functions

4. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you access App-related web pages or services, we may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to identify your device, maintain login status, protect account and transaction security, analyze service usage and improve services. You may manage cookies or similar technologies through your browser or system settings. If disabled, some functions that rely on such technologies may not work properly.

5. How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Personal Information

5.1 Entrusted processing: To provide services to you, we may entrust third-party service providers to process certain personal information, such as cloud storage, message push, statistical analysis, fault diagnosis and customer support. We will agree with the entrusted party on the processing purpose, period, method, categories of personal information, protection measures and the rights and obligations of both parties, and supervise the entrusted party's processing activities.

5.2 Sharing: We will not proactively share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances: we have obtained your separate consent; it is necessary to provide information to third-party SDKs or service providers to implement the functions described in this Privacy Policy; it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities; it is necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect the life, health or property safety of natural persons in emergencies; or other circumstances provided by laws or administrative regulations.

5.3 Transfer: If personal information needs to be transferred due to merger, division, dissolution, bankruptcy, asset transfer or similar transaction, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient and require the recipient to continue fulfilling personal information protection obligations. If the recipient changes the original processing purpose or method, it shall obtain your consent again in accordance with law.

5.4 Public disclosure: We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless we have obtained your separate consent or laws or administrative regulations provide otherwise.

6. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

We will retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose. Where laws or administrative regulations provide otherwise for retention periods, such provisions shall apply. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. If deletion is technically difficult, we will stop processing other than storage and necessary security protection measures.

In principle, personal information we collect and generate within the People's Republic of China will be stored within China. If it is necessary to provide personal information overseas, we will fulfill notification, separate consent, security assessment, certification, standard contract or other compliance procedures as required by laws and regulations.

We will take reasonable security measures such as encryption, de-identification, access permission control, security audits, log retention, employee training and emergency plans to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, tampering or loss of personal information. The internet environment is not absolutely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs or may occur, we will take remedial measures and fulfill notification obligations in accordance with law.

7. How You Manage Your Personal Information

You have the rights to know, decide, access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, restrict processing, withdraw consent, cancel your account, and request explanations regarding your personal information. You may submit requests through the in-App function entry or the contact methods listed in this Privacy Policy.

7.1 Access, correction or supplementation: You may view or modify account information on pages such as "Me / Account Information / User Details". If you cannot complete the operation yourself, you may contact us for assistance.

7.2 Withdrawal of consent: You may disable permissions such as camera, microphone, album, location, notifications and Bluetooth through system permission settings, or contact us to withdraw consent for specific processing activities.

7.3 Deletion of personal information: To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, you may request that we delete personal information that is no longer necessary, exceeds the agreed scope or is processed unlawfully.

7.4 Account cancellation: You may submit an account cancellation request through "Me > User Details > Cancel Account". After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize personal information related to the account, except where retention is required by laws and regulations. Account cancellation may be irreversible, so please proceed with caution.

7.5 Complaints and reports: You may contact us through the methods listed in this Privacy Policy to file complaints or reports regarding personal information protection issues.

We will process your request in a timely manner after receiving it. If manual verification is required, we will complete verification and processing within 15 working days, unless laws or regulations provide otherwise or the request is complex and requires an extension. To protect account security, we may need to verify your identity.

8. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

The App is primarily intended for adults. Minors shall obtain consent from their parents or other guardians before using the App. For personal information of children under the age of 14, we will process it only after obtaining guardian consent, for a clear and necessary purpose, and with strict protection measures. If a guardian discovers that a child's personal information has been improperly processed, the guardian may contact us through the methods listed in this Privacy Policy to request deletion or correction.

9. Auto-Start, Associated Start and Background Operation

To ensure availability of functions such as device alarms, message push and device status synchronization, the App may use auto-start, associated start or background operation capabilities within the scope permitted by the system. We will control the wake-up frequency within the minimum scope necessary to implement business functions and comply with relevant system and app store requirements. You may manage related permissions or background operation settings in system settings.

10. External Links and Third-Party App Redirection

The App may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services, and may call third-party apps such as QQ to implement customer service sessions or sharing functions. Third-party services are operated by the corresponding third parties, and their personal information processing rules are governed by their own privacy policies. Please carefully read the privacy policy of any third-party service before using it.

11. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in product functions, laws and regulations, or regulatory requirements. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through pop-ups, in-App messages, page prompts, announcements or other prominent methods, and will obtain your consent again where required by law. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you enjoy under this Privacy Policy.

Material changes include, but are not limited to: changes in the purpose, method or categories of personal information processing; changes in the main recipients of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure; material changes in the way you exercise personal information rights; changes in the personal information protection officer or contact information; and other material changes provided by laws and regulations.
